Volunteers Required for the Chautari Annual Conference - 2026

Martin Chautari is looking for a few volunteers for its upcoming Annual Conference, to be held from Mangsir 9–11, 2083 (November 25–27, 2026).

If you are currently studying at the bachelor’s or master’s level and would like to volunteer at an international academic conference, please fill this google form by Kattik 27, 2083 (November 13, 2026), along with a brief CV.

If selected, you will assist in the preparation and management of the conference by collaborating with members of the Conference Organizing Committee.

Number of Volunteers Required: 8-10 people

Qualification: BA/MA

Working Days and Hours:
Mangsir 6–8, 2083 (November 22–24, 2026): 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Mangsir 9–11, 2083 (November 25–27, 2026): 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Preference will be given to individuals with Humanities and Social Sciences background.
